First, Bible Study!
The bible studies that were hosted, were on zoom every Monday night at 7pm. For three years a group of us would gather on this platform to hear the Word of God through scripture, real life experiences and testimonies. This was a safe space created for us to come, listen and open up about what we were going through or what we were coming out of. The two things that I would convey to the women the most were, one, be authentic, raw and transparent and two, we were going to walk this walk with God for real! These bible studies really helped shape who we are today, and they made room for who were going to be tomorrow. Here are just a few of my favorites that I still watch today!
Love Like God
"Love like God" is based on a level of truth about how we are supposed to love how God loves. What do we do? Where do we get this love from? How does God show us that he loves us? Scripture reference is John 3:16 (NLT)
Serve Like Jesus
"Serve Like Jesus" is based out John 4. I speak about Jesus coming to serve us. Him coming to save us. Him being a humble servant, whom is the ultimate example for humanity.
God Is Not Dead
"God is Not Dead" is a true CHRISTmas story! That He is the gift and the miracle. I speak of the caves and stones of our heart.
Stop Being So Thirsty
"Stop Being So Thirsty" is definitely a top favorite. It speaks about the woman at the well. I speak about the temporary things that we run to, to fulfill us temporarily! A MUST WATCH!!!
